MY " Quads " size ...Somebody has same ! And do well In Figure! LOOK:

Hi again!

"Dorothy's quads went down again...but still to big " That what I hear now .
Well . I am so Glad I competed in JR's becouse there is another Figure athlete with same size and shape quads like me !
UNBELIEVABLE FINALLY! I am not alone !!! So there is a chance for me to place higher { since I was high in last Year placings here - 7 th !} now 22 { out of 37}
THERE IS A CHANCE!!!! Geez ! I am so happy!

That Figure A class placed 4 th !!! I am so happy for her ! Even more now , especially when I thought , that my Quads are the "constant " problem !

She is more cut than me !Has more quad lines ! But look : size & shape in overall her body is exactly the same like in my physique !

I know I have to improve my conditioning and plan my peak more carefully- then I should have place higher and be happier with my body more!
As of course I am happy now with the improvements I made! But I have founded mistakes I made and I have learned the lesson !
STILL LOVE FIGURE !!!! I will continue to do Figure no matter what" UNSOLICITED ADVISERS " could tell me ! I am who I am , and I do what I do ONLY because I DO CHOOSE THAT . Nobody ever forced me to nothing I do not want Myself !
Example ? My mother who never loved me...for who I am use to tell me " U never do this... do that...! Just clean houses here in US as we all polish do ! Forget about Your ESTHETICIAN- Skin Terapist-
Bachelor Diploma ! And bodybuilding ? U R crazy ! U will look like a man ! U are a freak !

SO.. Where I would end up if I would let those "statements " take reality ??? Nowhere... miserable.. wasted talent.. wasted life.. bitter and blaming everybody!
I RULE MY LIFE!. Also I let others live theirs !
If I want advice - I pick the person & ask !
I LOVE My life now ! I have control of it! AND I Am so happy ! Even if that costed me a lot of tears and pain to get when I am now ! It was & is worth it !

Really ! It feels SOO Good ! I am Happy , healthy , wealthyand got some muscle! He he he!

I always knew that , with getting "older" I will get better ! Gee ! How did I know that .. don't know, but my counciousness was " telling me that " always!

So , I am 30 Y young - Oficially ! Great!

Numbers don't mean anything , until You give them the power !

THE JR NATS ' 08 -PRO FIGURE QULIFIER Countdown begins!

HI ALL !
The Big Pro Figure Quilifing Show _ JR NAtionals , Chicago Ill , June 20-21 - COUNTDOWN - BEGINS NOW! 15 WEEKS OUT!
I am BEYOND excited and positive about it!
I kept awesome "off season " body , so I have less stress and work to do to be my absolute BEST for that BIG & tough show to compete to again !

PRO CARD AT STAKE !!! NO KIDDING!

It does not mean that it will be easy , or I just will "poke a blue pill " and wait for resoults ! Hehe! Those " easy riders " simply are NOT EXISTENT!As many find out ... sooner .. or later.. but ALWAYS! HEHE!!! Just the Truth !

I already have planned carefully my diet strategy along with new twists with cardio and weight training schedule to acomplish my Goal and present to to the Judges in June !

I train and keep my Mind fresh and POSITIVE ONLY ! All negativities { thoughts , people, etc..] ARE OUT!!!
So hey ! If want to spill some negativity on me , whathever it is, U GOT ZERO CHANCE ! Coz I BLOCKED It OUT! ALL BAD OUT!

I WON OVERALL in NPC Continental Figure Championships-Oct.27.2007!!!!

Hello All !!!!

I Have So HAPPY News to all My Sweet Friends & Fans !!!!

I WON OVERALL In FIGURE in 2nd annual NPC CONTINENTAL USA CHAMPIONSHIPS!-NQ-National Qulifier -2 first placings! In Bodybuilding , Figure and Fitness !

It was a lot to fight for!!!

This show was BIG! Open to all states and I had 12 competitors in my class , not counting masters ! All the competitors looked their best and the atmpsphere backstage was so Fun too !!!

The Short Class Figure winner looked national level ready ,2nd Place Winner Tall class was looking very pretty and beautifully muscled and 3rd place finisher from my tall class displayed nice wide bone structure !

The 2place finisher from My Tall class , was a Master Figure who competed in Open class with me . She looked absolutely stunning and I am happy I helped her with some litlle m-up touch ups before I knew she placed 2 to me ! She was so nice to me ! Even helped with oiling my back and tightening my shoes in backstage room!I am glad I returned a favor!

Just look at her legs and hams ! Wow! We were joking backstage that the best is to be Master !Mature And Sexier than ever! Ha Ha! I said to both of those beautiful Master Figure -" Gee ! You guys look stunning! How old are You ? 37 ? No way ! I cannot wait to be a Master ! And the started laughing and were like " Girl ! When You gonna be a master ...You will be smokin'! Ha HA!" 3 of Us were laughing , goofing around and giving 5!

They 3 of those athlets - Figure Short Class winner , 2nd Place Tall Class winner, and the 3rd Place winner -Tall Class were my toughest competitors!

I really wasn't sure if Judges will go for more muscle on Figure or less...You just never know !

I am very happy that I was rewarded for my phisique!

On personal note to my Fans few words what I was doing this whole time this year :

I think I did improve my V-taper- especially in whole shoulder development { back , middle and back } upper lats, kept my waist small , and most definetly DOWNSIZED my Lower Quads and got more cuts in quads! Still lots of work for me left i "that area" . but I am so glad that my legs got way leanner and better for Figure! It cost me a lot of pain of killing supper sets with over 100 burning reps with litlle weight ! It hurts as hell! Belive me! I cried many times durning my leg workout!

All ,as my Husband say " will be seen & rewarded on stage ! Think about that ! And now Go!GO! GO! ComeON! He Yelled !

I hate when he yells at me then , but sametime it does pushes me to work harder and do not give up ! Thanks HUN!!!

I LOVED THE ROOM ! WOW! BIG , AIRCONDITIONED , Big Mirrors , personal bathroom ,So Clean !, curling iron outlets even carpet in the midle of the polished floor ! Talk about BEAUTIFULLY MADE Prep. room !!!! I felt there , like celebrity !

Belive me , I attended many National level shows and none of them , except being very close to this standard _JRNationals and State Illinois Show -had such HIGH LEVEL Backstage Competition Luxury !!! Hands Down for the PROMOTERS!!!! -JEFF & ANN JOHNSON and ROB & DARLENE MAYO -Such a pleaure to get ready to go on stage!!!!! WOW again!

NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS!- in 10days!

Helllo Everybody !

Is 10 days before my last show this Year ! Gee, time flys! My diet & training is going great.Hovewer, doing 2 h of cardio daily is very exoustive... But , I will hold on.. is just a week to hold on.
Stil on 20-30 gr of carbs for 3 days & higher carb day on day off. This system works for me very well. I love the day off- well deserverd earned Sweet Carbs are soooo good! That is a real reward of eating sugary carbs & becoming even more laean!
But that technique is only valid for those who are already very lean- visible all over body muscle separation & abs ! I do not recommend eating lots of sugar when You just starting dieting & gettin lean !

Anyway, just some thoughts I had today about that.

TIME FLYS ! .5 weeks from NORTH AMERICANS !

Hello My Dear Fans !
Was a while since I wrote something on my dairy! No kidding!
Sorry for waiting that long with new stuff, but I been catching up with everything in my life after the NYC show Team universe.
I placed 13. I heard over and over again from people there that I should be in top 5. Well, I am Ok with that.I think is very positive , that Judges placed me few placings higher than on Jr Nats , month before !
So, I am doing good !
I know that climbing for your goal takes time & it will not happen immiediately. I am very presistent . I will get what I want when the right time comes. And I really enjoy the process of getting better & better!

Right now I am 3.5 weeks out from my last National show_ North Americans in Ohio , Cleveland, Sept 15-16. I would like to present better overall package & get another good expierience for the future.
I do not want to predict anything& get dissapointed, so I can tell You that I do focus so much on this preparation & I will do my best there for sure!

Thank You all for so many positive e-mails & lots of congrats ! Knowing , that so many people cheer for You is really uplifting & motiwating! THANK YOU AGAIN!
