HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYBODY!!!!

I Hope You all have great time ! Especialy here in U.S. where we celebrate Halloween! Such nice holiday ! Dress up party allover the nation! YEY! That is my thing!
It was very cold Nov 31, and I did not go to see Gay Halloween Parade downtown Chicago..lol.
But .. I DID SOME SEXY HALLOWEEN Photos for You Guys !!!

NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS!- in 10days!

Helllo Everybody !

Is 10 days before my last show this Year ! Gee, time flys! My diet & training is going great.Hovewer, doing 2 h of cardio daily is very exoustive... But , I will hold on.. is just a week to hold on.
Stil on 20-30 gr of carbs for 3 days & higher carb day on day off. This system works for me very well. I love the day off- well deserverd earned Sweet Carbs are soooo good! That is a real reward of eating sugary carbs & becoming even more laean!
But that technique is only valid for those who are already very lean- visible all over body muscle separation & abs ! I do not recommend eating lots of sugar when You just starting dieting & gettin lean !

Anyway, just some thoughts I had today about that.

TIME FLYS ! .5 weeks from NORTH AMERICANS !

Hello My Dear Fans !
Was a while since I wrote something on my dairy! No kidding!
Sorry for waiting that long with new stuff, but I been catching up with everything in my life after the NYC show Team universe.
I placed 13. I heard over and over again from people there that I should be in top 5. Well, I am Ok with that.I think is very positive , that Judges placed me few placings higher than on Jr Nats , month before !
So, I am doing good !
I know that climbing for your goal takes time & it will not happen immiediately. I am very presistent . I will get what I want when the right time comes. And I really enjoy the process of getting better & better!

Right now I am 3.5 weeks out from my last National show_ North Americans in Ohio , Cleveland, Sept 15-16. I would like to present better overall package & get another good expierience for the future.
I do not want to predict anything& get dissapointed, so I can tell You that I do focus so much on this preparation & I will do my best there for sure!

Thank You all for so many positive e-mails & lots of congrats ! Knowing , that so many people cheer for You is really uplifting & motiwating! THANK YOU AGAIN!

JR Nationals Chicago June 16-17- SUCCES again !!!

Hello My Sweethearts!

I had really faboulous time on JR Nationals!!! I placed in frist 15 rated group ! WOW!
For a frist time on National show this big, where Pro cards are given this is really good sign! I did beat 17 girls from my C FIGURE class!
Now I know that National judges judged my Illinois show very fair!

I am SOO HAPPY! I bet U can see that on my face looking at those pic. from www.hardfitness.com ! YEY! I MADE IT!!!!

2 WEEKS OUT from NQ Figure Champ.in Illinois

Hallo Guys!

I am working really hard those last 2 weeks before. Is REally tough. But I look the way I suppose to. Very lean but not overlean For Figure! So I Am happy. Finnally my platoe had gone and I lost 3 additional lbs last 2 weeks. I Am 130 now. just 5 lbs more than On NAtionals in Atlanta Nov 2006 I gaind size in lats and shoulders and chest this winter , so I think is that 5 more.Also I can see I have better V- taper than las Year!!! Wich automaticlly, gives me better proportions!

I pose, walk , and look like Figure. I Love that !!!
Now Just need to hold on to that look. 0% less cardio , same 1200 cal_ I think. One carb day a week.

I post few new pic of me . They are taken last week, when I was recording chest workout for U guys!
